Business Development Manager

Originate and grow the engagement pipeline that brings founders, ventures and investors into the studio.
About the role
Venture Insights is a Saudi venture studio for sports, entertainment, experiential and lifestyle ventures. Business Development owns the top of our funnel: finding the right ventures, opening the conversation, and converting interest into paid strategic engagements. You will be the first commercial face many clients meet.
What you'll do
- Build and own a qualified pipeline of ventures and clients across our four sectors.
- Run outreach and discovery, and convert free diagnostics into paid engagements.
- Develop partnerships and referral channels across the KSA ecosystem.
- Represent VI with founders, investors and Vision 2030 entities, including at events.
- Partner with leadership on proposals, pricing and close.
- Keep the pipeline accurate and forecast reliably.
What we're looking for
- 4+ years in business development, sales or partnerships — ideally consulting, agency, professional services or venture.
- A clear track record of originating and closing deals.
- Strong knowledge of the KSA market and the Vision 2030 sectors.
- Fluent Arabic and English.
- Consultative, structured and a genuine self-starter.
Nice to have
- An existing network across KSA sports, entertainment, experiential or lifestyle.
- Experience selling strategy, research or creative engagements.
